Kevin, his wife and their 3 children lived in Seekonk, MA where Kevin was born and raised until the summer of 2006 when they moved to Rehoboth. Kevin is a second generation REALTOR and was 2004 and 2005 President of the Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS and the 2006 Secretary for the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS.

Kevin is also the 2007 Treasurer for the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS, Membership Services Director for the Independent Brokers Network, Statewide MLS Director and the 2007 RIAR Education Committee Chair.

Kevin was the 2004 REALTOR of the Year, The 2005 Recipient of the Golden R Award and the 2006 REALTOR of the Year for the Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS.

Kevin has earned his ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), ABRM (Accredited Buyer Representative Manager), CBR (Certified Buyers Representative), GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and is e-PRO Certified.
